Co zaskakujące, są to najniższe stawki w 6 porównywanych sektorach (oprócz IT sprawdzono: FMCG, handel, finanse, produkcja, usługi). Okazuje się, że najlepiej płacą menedżerom firmy FMCG (mediana 979 tys. zł, a średnia 1,4 mln zł).

Mediana dla wszystkich analizowanych branż to 1,048 mln zł, zatem IT plasuje się poniżej tego poziomu.

Wynagrodzenia członków zarządów spółek IT w 2019 r. według PwC:

Mediana – 496 tys. zł

Średnia – 704 tys. zł

  

PwC komentuje w raporcie, że relatywnie niskie wynagrodzenia w sektorze IT wynikają z tego, że we władzach spółek często zasiadają właściciele firm albo pomysłodawcy biznesu, bądź też osoby działające np. w zespołach deweloperskich. Dzięki temu mają możliwość uzyskania wynagrodzenia także w inny sposób niż tylko ze względu na pełnioną funkcję.

Stawki w zarządach niektórych spółek z sektora IT są wyższe niż średnie wynagrodzenia, co pokazuje zestawienie za 2019 r.

3 tys. zł miesięcznie w radzie nadzorczej

W przypadku rad nadzorczych w sektorze IT mediana wyniosła 39 tys. zł w 2019 r. i jest to również najniższa płaca spośród 6 porównywanych. Dla przewodniczących rad nadzorczych mediana wyniosła 61 tys. zł rocznie.

W porówananiu z radami nadzorczymi innych sektorów wynagrodzenia również tutaj są skromne. Dla 6 analizowanych branż mediana jest dwa razy wyższa niż w IT (84 tys. zł). Dla przewodniczących wynosi 97 tys. zł.

Członek zarządu jest warty 40 proc. prezesa

Według danych dla wszystkich spółek z indeksu WIG, członek zarządu otrzymuje średnio 41 proc. wynagrodzenia prezesa. Aż o 50 proc. wyższe są płace w zarządach spółek wypłacających ponad 10-procentową dywidendę.

W badaniu stwierdzono również m.in., że, co może zaskakiwać, osoby z polskim obywatelstwem zarabiają więcej niż menedżerowie z paszportem z innego kraju. Różnica jest spora zwłaszcza w stawkach całkowitych płac (mediana 1,83 mln zł dla polskiego członka zarządu wobec 1,47 mln zł dla obywatela innego kraju).

Mniejszą niespodzianką jest to, że panowie w zarządach otrzymują przeciętnie wyższe stawki niż panie, ale różnica jest minimalna i zmniejsza się (876 tys. zł dla mężczyzny wobec 862 tys. zł dla kobiety w 2019 r.).

Wynagrodzenia będą mocniej powiązane z wynikami
„Patrząc w przyszłość prawdopodobnym wydaje się jeszcze mocniejsze i wielowymiarowe powiązanie zmiennych składników wynagrodzenia członków zarządu ze strategią i w konsekwencji z wynikami firmy. Do tej pory zmiany w tym obszarze były stymulowane najczęściej zmianami regulacyjnymi. Niepewność rynkowa i wynikająca z niej potrzeba szeroko rozumianej elastyczności w modelach zatrudnienia i wynagradzania, wywołana pandemią koronawirusa, mogą być kolejnymi – tym razem nie regulacyjnymi – czynnikami stymulującymi zmiany w tym obszarze” – komentuje Katarzyna Komorowska, partner w PwC, lider zespołu People & Organization.

Uwzględniono wynagrodzenia krótkoterminowe osób zarządzających, które pełniły swoje funkcje co najmniej przez 6 miesięcy roku finansowego 2019.
