Za nami I Zlot Motocyklowy Branży IT
W dniach 20 – 22 maja 2011 r. w Smardzewicach odbył się I Zlot Motocyklowy Branży IT, zorganizowany przez Connect Distribution i Avnet.
Imprezę sponsorowały MGM i AMD, a wśród partnerów znalazły się: Avaya, Brocade, DataCore, Mindjet, MySQL, SAP BusinessObjects, WatchGuard, Freeridemarket.pl, Motorista i Wyse. CRN Polska objęło spotkanie patronatem medialnym.
W imprezie uczestniczyło ok. 80 osób, w tym również panie. Byli wśród nich resellerzy, integratorzy, a nawet przedstawiciele działów IT klientów końcowych.
Uczestnicy zlotu obejrzeli prezentację kaskaderskich umiejętności podczas jazdy na motocyklu oraz pokaz ratownictwa medycznego. Ponadto wzięli udział w testach nowych motocykli Hondy, a także w konkursach motocyklowych przygotowanych przez organizatora i sponsorów (oprócz panów uczestniczyła w nich nawet jedna ochotniczka).
Ważnym punktem programu był przejazd wszystkich motocyklistów ze Smardzewic do Sulejowa. Uczestnicy zlotu wspólnie pokonali 80 km, jadąc dłuższą trasą.
Wśród atrakcji dodatkowych należy wymienić koncert, popularnego wśród motocyklistów, zespołu Spoonfull.
