Współpraca Toshiby i Panasonica
Toshiba i Panasonic podpisały porozumienie o utworzeniu w Singapurze spółki, która zajmie się produkcją polisilikonowych paneli LCD. Kapitał początkowy spółki wynosić będzie 50 mld jenów (431 mln dol.)
Toshiba i Panasonic podpisały porozumienie o utworzeniu w Singapurze spółki, która zajmie się produkcją polisilikonowych paneli LCD. Kapitał początkowy spółki wynosić będzie 50 mld jenów (431 mln dol.). Toshiba obejmie 67 proc. udziału w spółce, a Panasonic 33 proc. Produkcja paneli LCD ma zostać uruchomiona w lipcu 2002 roku. Całkowita planowana wysokość inwestycji to 123 mld jenów (1,060 mln dol.). Fabryka będzie zatrudniać 750 osób.
