Wrocławska firma sprzedaje udziały w spółce zależnej
Zmiany w grupie kapitałowej.
W sumie za udziały w Eco Service sprzedane teraz i w 2019 r. Black Point uzyskał 0,8 mln zł.
Black Point zawarł umowę sprzedaży 1 tys. udziałów w Eco Service na rzecz tej spółki. Cena to 0,5 mln zł płatne do końca grudnia br.
Przed transakcją producent materiałów eksploatacyjnych do druku miał 70 proc. udziałów (1,4 tys. szt.) w Eco Service. Wspomniane 1 tys. zostały nabyte w celu umorzenia. Po sprzedaży i umorzeniu Black Point został mniejszościowym udziałowcem (40 proc.) firmy specjalizującej się w handlu pustymi kartridżami.
Sprzedaż udziałów Black Pointa w Eco Service uzgodniono w 2019 r. Wówczas nabywcą 30 proc. zostali menedżerowie spółki zależnej: prezes Marcin Adamski i członek zarządu Grzegorz Sołowow. W sumie zapłacili 300 tys. zł.
Jak zapowiadano, aktywa wycofane z Eco Service zostaną przeznaczone na rozwój Black Pointa.
W II kw. 2022 r. Black Point miał 6,14 mln zł jednostkowych przychodów ze sprzedaży (+30 proc. r/r) i 0,24 mln zł zysku netto, nieznacznie mniej niż przed rokiem.
Natomiast sprzedaż Eco Service w II kw. br. spadła o 38 proc.
