Wrocław: służba celna nakryła pirata, miał w domu fabrykę nielegalnych nagrań
Nie tylko policja, lecz także służba celna tropi piratów. W miniony weekend jej funkcjonariusze wkroczyli do akcji na giełdzie elektronicznej we Wrocławiu.
Podczas kontroli ujawniono nielegalny punkt kopiowania nośników DVD. W trakcie dokładnego przeszukania stoiska funkcjonariusze znaleźli 1892 pirackich płyt i 337 pustych pudełek z okładkami filmów. Sprzedawca został zatrzymany, następnie przeprowadzono rewizję w jego mieszkaniu. Tutaj odkryto – jak to określiła służba celna – prawdziwe studio nagrań. Pirat dysponował 24 nagrywarkami DVD, miał także skaner i drukarkę laserową. W domu trzymał skopiowane tytułowe okładki płyt z filmami, futerały zawierające opisane płyty DVD, kartki z rozpisanymi tytułami filmów, czyste nośniki DVD, płyty z okładkami gier na Xbox360, napędy DVD z okładkami filmów oraz opisane płyty bez okładek. Łącznie w mieszkaniu doliczono się 754 opisanych płyt DVD i 300 czystych napędów.
Funkcjonariusze ustalają, jak długo trwała nielegalna produkcja. Cały towar został zatrzymany. Sprzedawcy grozi do lat 5 pozbawienia wolności.
