Więcej PIT-ów będzie można wysłać przez Internet
Od nowego roku formularze PIT-16, PIT16A, PIT-19A i PIT-28 będzie można złożyć w urzędzie skarbowym przez Internet bez kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego - zapowiedziało ministerstwo finansów.
Rozporządzenie wprowadzające zmiany w systemie e-Deklaracje powinno wejść w życie w listopadzie. Jeśli zapowiedzi resortu finansów zostaną zrealizowane, w 2011 r. urzędy skarbowe przyjmą przez Internet już dziewięć rodzajów PIT-ów. Obecnie można składać w formie elektronicznej druki PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-37, PIT-38 i PIT-39.
Wśród nowych formularzy, które obejmie system e-Deklaracje, trzy mogą dotyczyć przedsiębiorców. Formularz PIT-16 to wniosek o zastosowanie opodatkowania w formie karty podatkowej, a PIT-16A stanowi deklarację o wysokości składki na powszechne ubezpieczenie zdrowotne, zapłaconej i odliczonej od karty podatkowej w poszczególnych miesiącach roku podatkowego. PIT-28 to druk zeznania o wysokości uzyskanego przychodu, odliczeniach i wysokości ryczałtu od przychodów ewidencjonowanych. PIT-19A jest przeznaczony dla osób duchownych.
