Wejdzie nowa struktura JPK_VAT
Zmiany zaczną obowiązywać od 1 stycznia 2022 r. Ministerstwo udostępniło roboczą wersję nowej struktury.
Przedsiębiorcy muszą zmodyfikować swoje systemy informatyczne.
Od 1 stycznia 2022 r. zacznie obowiązywać nowa wersja struktury logicznej JPK_VAT z deklaracją. Do tego czasu firmy muszą dostosować systemy informatyczne do nowych regulacji. Aby to umożliwić, Ministerstwo Finansów opublikowało właśnie struktury JPK_V7M(2) i JPK_V7K(2) w postaci roboczej.
Aktualizacja uwzględnia wszystkie zmiany, które wchodzą w życie w okresie od 1 lipca 2021 r. do 1 stycznia 2022 r., w tym m.in. związane z pakietem VAT e-ommerce. Na razie w tym półroczu należy stosować aktualne struktury.
Jak zapewniono, wersja robocza została opracowana po konsultacjach z przedsiębiorcami. Nowe pliki trzeba będzie zastosować w rozliczeniach za styczeń 2022 r., czyli do 25 lutego 2022 r.
Robocze wersje struktury JPK_VAT zostały udostępnione na stronie KAS w zakładce Struktury JPK i na stronie podatki.gov.pl.
