Weedo idzie po pieniądze na giełdę
Spółka oferująca akcesoria do produktów Apple’a jeszcze w tym roku wejdzie na rynek NewConnect. Z emisji akcji pozyskała 700 tys. zł.
Weedo dostarcza m.in. uchwyty i akcesoria do iPhone’a i iPada. Spółka ma licencję Apple’a na używanie formuły „Made for iPhone” oraz „Made for iPad”. Weedo zajmuje się projektowaniem i produkcją form do wytwarzania akcesoriów, a także nadzorem nad produkcją i dostawami.
Przygotowując się do wejścia na giełdowy rynek NewConnect Weedo przeprowadziła prywatną emisję akcji. Za udziały inwestorzy zapłacili w sumie 700 tys. zł.
– Podjęliśmy decyzję o pozyskaniu kapitału z innych źródeł niż inwestor strategiczny, środki własne czy kredytowe, ponieważ te sposoby są po prostu droższe – powiedział Mirosław Fabryczny, prezes Weedo.
Pieniądze mają być przeznaczone m.in. na przygotowanie do produkcji nowych akcesoriów, marketing i objęcie udziałów w spółce Petra Systems – jest to autoryzowany developer Apple’a, który tworzy aplikacje pod systemy iOS, Mac OS i Android.
