Wasko uwolnione od 8,5 mln zł kary
Zawarto porozumienie.
Ponad rok temu Nexera zażądała zapłaty kary od Wasko
Wasko i Nexera zamknęły sprawę roszczeń wobec gliwickiej spółki. Zawarły porozumienie, na mocy którego Nexera zobowiązała się nie dochodzić od Wasko roszczenia o zapłatę 8,56 mln zł kary umownej.
W kwietniu 2019 r. Nexera przesłała notę obciążającą ws. kary, zarzucając gliwickiej spółce opóźnienie w realizacji umów z lipca 2017 r. na budowę sieci światłowodowej. Kontrakty dotyczyły podłączenia do szybkiego internetu jednostek edukacyjnych w ramach programu Polska Cyfrowa. Wasko uznało roszczenie za nieuzasadnione.
Rozmowy doprowadziły w maju 2019 r. do zawarcia ugody. Nexera cofnęła oświadczenie o nałożeniu kary. Wasko zobowiązało się natomiast do wykonania określonych prac objętych umową. To był warunek całkowitej rezygnacji z kary.
