ViDiS został spółką akcyjną
Zakończył się proces przekształcania firmy ViDiS ze spółki z o.o. w spółkę akcyjną. Dystrybutor zapowiada debiut na rynku NewConnect.
Od 7 lipca br. oficjalna nazwa wrocławskiego dystrybutora brzmi ViDiS S.A. Dane teleadresowe pozostają bez zmian. Kapitał zakładowy spółki wynosi 252 tys. zł, po 50 procent udziałów mają prezes Tomasz Kliczkowski oraz Bartosz Palusko. Według Tomasza Kliczkowskiego zamknięcie procesu przekształcenia formy prawnej otwiera drogę do debiutu spółki na warszawskiej giełdzie. Jego zdaniem ViDiS wejdzie na rynek NewConnect do końca tego roku. Na początku br. zapowiadano debiut giełdowy firmy na II kwartał 2010 r. Zgodnie z komunikatem opublikowanym w lutym br., przychody spółki ze sprzedaży kształtują się na poziomie 20 mln zł rocznie, a zysk netto to 1 mln zł.
