VAT: bilans przykręcania śruby
Skarbówka bije rekordy wstrzymanych zwrotów VAT.
W 2016 r. organy skarbowe wstrzymały przedsiębiorcom zwroty VAT na łączną kwotę ponad 1 mld zł – informuje Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. W 2015 r. było to 168 mln zł. Chodzi o pieniądze, których fiskus w ogóle nie zamiaru oddać, twierdząc, że nie należą się firmom, a nie jest skutek przeciągających się kontroli.
Wpływy budżetu w efekcie kontroli wzrosły o ok. 1 mld zł wobec 2015 r., do kwoty 2,3 mld zł.
Więcej przedsiębiorców bez wchodzenia w spór z fiskusem wpłaca należności wykryte przez kontrolerów. W ub.r. była to kwota 360 mln zł, dwukrotnie wyższa niż w 2015 r.
Łączna kwota tzw. ustaleń w wyniku kontroli podatkowych wyniosła w 2016 r. 22 mld zł. Oznacza to wzrost skuteczności skarbówki o 80 proc.
