Upadła spółka zależna Optimusa
Warszawski sąd ogłosił upadłość likwidacyjną OPTIboksu, firmy, która prowadziła sprzedaż detaliczną produktów Optimusa.
OPTIbox zarządzał m.in. sklepem internetowym Optimusa w okresie, gdy spółka była dostawcą sprzętu. Ostatnio OPTIbox nie prowadził działalności biznesowej, nie był również uwzględniany w skonsolidowanych sprawozdaniach finansowych. W końcu ub. roku spółka złożyła wniosek o upadłość. Według Optimusa likwidacja OPTIboksa jest elementem działań zmierzających do uporządkowania struktury grupy.

Wyrok Sądu Najwyższego w sprawie Optimusa
Po latach procesów i bojów prawnych o odszkodowanie za straty Optimusa wskutek decyzji organów skarbowych, zapadł wyrok.

CD Projekt nie odpuszcza 70 mln zł odszkodowania od Skarbu Państwa w sprawie Optimusa. Ostatnia nadzieja w Sądzie Najwyższym.
