Umowa Komputronika i Lenovo
Komputronik i Lenovo zawarły umowę o współpracy. Zgodnie z porozumieniem dystrybutor ma prawo nabywać wszystkie towary marki Lenovo bezpośrednio od producenta.
Podpisana umowa o współpracy („Direct Reseller Off-Shore”) wpłynęła do spółki w dniu 6 sierpnia 2010 r. Na jej podstawie Komputronik może kupować produkty Lenovo, takie jak laptopy, netbooki, komputery osobiste, serwery, stacje robocze i akcesoria komputerowe bezpośrednio od producenta. Według komunikatu giełdowego taką ofertę dla sprzedawcy detalicznego Lenovo wprowadziło po raz pierwszy w Polsce. Zarząd Komputronika szacuje, iż obroty z tytułu umowy w ciągu najbliższych 5 lat osiągną 350 mln zł. Dystrybutor kupuje już laptopy bezpośrednio od większości czołowych producentów komputerów przenośnych.
Spółka poinformowała, iż w II kwartale br.sprzedała ponad 33 proc. więcej notebooków niż w analogicznym okresie roku ubiegłego.
