TP-Link: Archer – router w nowym standardzie
Archer C7 to router, który przesyła dane w standardzie Wi-Fi 802.11ac – według producenta z prędkością do 1750 Mb/s.
Urządzenie może jednocześnie działać w dwóch pasmach: 2,4 GHz oraz 5 GHz. Do komunikacji z większą częstotliwością służą 3 zewnętrzne anteny o zysku 5dBi, a trzy wewnętrzne wykorzystywane są w paśmie 2,4 GHz. Dzięki temu w sieci bezprzewodowej dane mogą być przesyłane z łączną prędkością do 1750 Mb/s (5 GHz – do 1300 Mb/s, 2,4 GHz – do 450 Mb/s).
Archer C7 ma również gigabitowy port WAN, cztery gigabitowe porty LAN oraz dwa USB 2.0 do podłączenia np. drukarki albo dysków, z których można korzystać w lokalnej sieci. Urządzenie wyposażono ponadto w serwer FTP. Opcja Guest Network umożliwia utworzenie dodatkowej sieci bezprzewodowej, która pozwoli gościom korzystanie z Internetu bez udzielania im dostępu do zasobów lokalnych.
