T-Mobile ukarany przez UOKiK
Spółka według UOKiK ma zapłacić 15 mln zł kary. Zapowiada odwołanie do sądu.
UOKiK nałożył na T-Mobile Polska karę pieniężną za pobieranie dodatkowych opłat za 3 usługi mobilne, bez uzyskania wyraźnej zgody klientów. Wysokość sankcji ustalono na 15 mln zł. Według urzędu została ona zmniejszona, bo spółka zaniechała kwestionowanej praktyki.
Operator zapowiada odwołanie do Sądu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Uważa, że kara jest bezzasadna, ponieważ naliczając kwestionowane opłaty kierował się decyzjami UOKiK. Ponadto klienci byli informowani o warunkach oferty w regulaminie. T-Mobile podkreśla, że zaraz po otrzymaniu nowych wytycznych UOKiK zmieniono zasady aktywowania wspomnianych usług.
