Szybko rośnie sieć PCDOC
Przybywa placówek pogotowia komputerowego PCDOC. Sieć działa obecnie w ok. 60 miejscowościach.
PCDOC rozwija się poprzez franczyzę. Aktualnie ma 49 oddziałów w całym kraju, które obsługują ok. 60 miejscowości. Jak poinformowali przedstawiciele pogotowia komputerowego, miesięcznie powstaje 4-5 nowych filii. PCDOC działa od sierpnia 2010 r., jego założycielem jest spółka Xi Investment. W październiku ub. roku sieć liczyła 7 placówek.
Pracownicy pogotowia zajmują się najczęściej naprawą komputerów. W ofercie są także usługi. Według statystyk PCDOC klienci najczęściej zamawiają przyspieszenie Windowsa, usunięcie wirusów oraz naprawę albo reinstalację systemu. Wśród problemów sprzętowych najwięcej jest awarii zasilaczy i dysków twardych. PCDOC oferuje pakiety usług dla klientów indywidualnych i firm. Przykładowo diagnoza usterek sprzętowych u osoby prywatnej kosztuje 50 zł brutto, a instalacja i konfiguracja sprzętu – 80 zł.
