Synology: NAS-y dla firm i dla domu
Producent zaprezentował DiskStation DS414 oraz DS114 - nowe modele serwerów NAS.
DS414 to urządzenie przeznaczone dla małych i średnich firm, a DS114 – dla użytkowników domowych.
DS414 został wyposażony w dwurdzeniowy procesor (1,33 GHz) z jednostką zmiennoprzecinkową, 1 GB RAM-u, podwójne złącze sieci LAN, dwa porty USB 3.0 i szuflady na dyski twarde, umożliwiające montaż nośników bez użycia narzędzi. W urządzeniu można zainstalować 4 dyski. Złącza LAN wspierają mechanizm przełączania awaryjnego. Z uruchomioną agregacją łączy, w środowisku Windows i konfiguracji RAID 5, DS414 umożliwia zapisywanie danych z prędkością przekraczającą 135,63 MB/s, a odczyt – ponad 207,07 MB/s.
Synology DS114 to jednodyskowy serwer, który cechują prędkości transferów ponad 108,32 MB/s podczas odczytu i 71,83 MB/s przy zapisie w środowisku Windows. Urządzenie wyposażono w 512 MB RAM-u, dwa złącza USB 3.0, port eSATA.
Ceny netto: Synology DS414 – 335 euro (1400 zł po kursie 4,18 zł za 1 euro), Synology DS214play – 260 euro (1087 zł).
