Syndyk zajmie się InwazjąPC
Wskutek decyzji sądu o upadłości likwidacyjnej InwazjiPC, do spółki wchodzi syndyk. Osoby i firmy, którym detalista jest winny pieniądze, powinny zgłaszać się do sądu.
Postanowienie dotyczące upadłości nie jest prawomocne (prezes Krzysztof Seweryn zapowiedział apelację), tym niemniej majątkiem InwazjiPC będzie zarządzał syndyk. Jeśli likwidacja spółki zostanie zatwierdzona, przypilnuje, by jej zasoby posłużyły do zaspokajania roszczeń wierzycieli. Wierzytelności wobec InwazjiPC można zgłaszać do sędziego komisarza sądu rejonowego w Kielcach. Następnie będą one weryfikowane. Zgłoszenia należy dokonać w ciągu 1 miesiąca od daty obwieszczeń o upadłości (ukażą się w Monitorze Sądowym i Gospodarczym za ok. 2 do 4 tygodni).
Na dzień 31 marca b.r. InwazjaPC miała 24,5 mln zł długów i 81 tys. zł gotówki.

Łączna suma wierzytelności upadłej spółki wynosi 24,19 mln zł - według listy uznanej przez sąd. Jak dotąd, ponad 3 lata po upadłości, nikogo nie spłacono.

Roszczenia wobec byłego właściciela sieci Avans zgłosiło ponad 900 podmiotów. Łączna suma wierzytelności sięga 230 mln zł. Trwa sprzedaż majątku masy upadłości.
