Alstor wprowadził do oferty nowe produkty:
– W połowie lutego w sprzedaży pojawią się nowe dyski twarde Toshiba 2,5′ o pojemności 6 GB. W napędzie MK6017MAP będzie tylko jeden talerz i jedna głowica. Średni czas dostępu wyniesie 13 ms, szybkość obrotów 4200 rpm, a transfer danych – 66,7 MB/s (Ultra DMA Mode 4). W nowym dysku zastosowano dwa zaawansowane systemy zarządzania poborem mocy – Advanced Power Management oraz Adaptive Power Mode Controle. Cena resellerska netto wynosi 499 zł, sugerowana cena detaliczna netto – 589 zł.
– Od lutego w sprzedaży będzie napęd DVD-RAM firmy Toshiba – SD-W2002. Umożliwia on zapis 9,4 GB danych (po 4,7 GB na każdej ze stron) na pojedynczym, dwustronnym nośniku DVD-RAM 4,7 GB. Dane zapisywane są w podwójną szybkością (2,7 MB/s). Napęd ma bufor o pojemności 8 MB. Cena resellerska netto wynosi 1887 zł, sugerowana cena detaliczna brutto – 2219 zł.
