Sprzętkom przejmuje schedę po ZNAK-u
Sprzętkom
Sprzętkom, właściciel salonów komputerowych InwazjaPC, oferuje serwis produktów kupionych w zbankrutowanym ZNAK-u. W praktyce warunki naprawy bądź wymiany są ustalane indywidualnie w zależności od konkretnego produktu (np. nie ma problemu z wymianą dysków twardych, klient ponosi jedynie koszty wysyłki). Jeśli klient je akceptuje, serwis przyjmuje sprzęt do naprawy. Ponadto Sprzętkom przejął dawną siedzibę ZNAK-u (przy ul. Kaliskiej, obok Malty). Sprzętkom nie jest pierwszą firmą, która chce pozyskać „klientów firm, które zbankrutowały w wyniku kryzysu”. W marcu tego roku ProLine zaproponował tej grupie użytkowników nieodpłatne usługi serwisowe (pod warunkiem posiadania faktury VAT i gwarancji na reklamowane produkty).
