Sprawa sprzedaży Polkomtela w UOKiK
Spartan Capital Holdings, spółka kontrolowana przez Zygmunta Solorza-Żaka, złożyła w UOKiK wniosek o przejęcie operatora sieci Plus. Urząd ma 2 miesiące na podjęcie decyzji, ale sprawa może się przeciągnąć.
UOKiK sprawdzi, czy zakup Polkomtela przez Spartan Capital Holdings nie doprowadzi do istotnego ograniczenia konkurencji. Infrastrukturę operatora Plusa Zygmunt Solorz-Żak chce wykorzystać m.in. do budowy sieci szybkiego Internetu mobilnego LTE. Małgorzata Cieloch, rzeczniczka UOKiK, poinformowała PAP, że w trakcie postępowania antymonopolowego zostanie zbadany stan konkurencji na rynkach, na które ma wpływ koncentracja. Zgodnie z przepisami decyzja powinna zapaść w ciągu 2 miesięcy, jednak Małgorzata Cieloch zastrzegła, że termin może zostać wydłużony, jeśli zajdzie konieczność uzyskania dodatkowych wyjaśnień.
Umowa zawarta w końcu czerwca między Spartan Capital Holdings a aktualnymi udziałowcami Polkomtela (KGHM, PGE, Orlen, Węglokoks, Vodafone) przewiduje sprzedaż firmy za 18,1 mln zł. Po odliczeniu dywidendy i zadłużenia spółki firma Solorza-Żaka ma zapłacić za Polkomtel 15,1 mln zł. Warunkiem finalizacji transakcji jest zgoda UOKiK.
