ZUS poluzował presję na Comarch ws. 24 mln zł kary
Zakład dał więcej czasu Comarchowi. Trwają rozmowy w sprawie ugody.
ZUS zdecydował o odroczeniu żądania wypłaty 24,2 mln zł gwarancji bankowej w związku karą w tej wysokości naliczoną Comarchowi. Przesunął termin z 25 kwietnia na 31 maja br. na czas prowadzenia rozmów ugodowych.
W lutym br. ZUS wypowiedział część kontraktu z Comarchem na wsparcie, eksploatację i utrzymanie KSI ZUS. Zażądał w związku z tym zapłaty 24,2 mln zł kary (10 proc. wartości kontraktu).
W ocenie zakładu Comarch nie był przygotowany do przejęcia części usług KSI od Asseco, które dotychczas zajmowało się najważniejszym systemem informatycznym ZUS.
Krakowska spółka utrzymuje, że ZUS nie miał powodów do odstąpienia czy wypowiedzenia części umowy, a kara i żądanie wypłaty z gwarancji są bezpodstawne. Zapowiedział gotowość dochodzenia odszkodowania.
Według Comarchu wartość wynagrodzenia spółki z tytułu świadczenia usług objętych oświadczeniem ZUS wynosi 1,9 mln zł netto miesięcznie. Kontrakt na KSI zawarto w marcu 2018 r. na 4 lata.
