Spór Komputronika z CCE: sąd zabezpieczył roszczenia
Warszawski sąd ustanowił hipotekę na kolejnych nieruchomościach Clean & Carbon Energy. To zabezpieczenie roszczenia Komputronika o zapłatę 4 mln zł.
Hipoteki ustanowiono na prawach użytkowania wieczystego czterech nieruchomości, ze względu toczący się spór o zapłatę kwoty 4 mln zł z weksla dawnego Karenu. To drugi weksel, z którym Komputronik poszedł do sądu. W maju spółka uzyskała sądowy nakaz zapłaty 5 mln zł z pierwszego weksla od Clean & Carbon Energy (wraz z odsetkami należność przekracza 6 mln zł). Wcześniej szczeciński sąd zabezpieczył roszczenia Komputronika hipoteką przymusową w kwocie ponad 10 mln zł.
Zarząd CCE twierdzi, że Komputronik wykorzystał weksle niezgodnie z zawartymi umowami. Złożył zażalenie na postanowienie sądu. Wcześniej zapowiedział zawiadomienie prokuratury i Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
