Spółka zależna Action może upaść
Przygotowuje wniosek do sądu.
Zarząd SFK, spółki zależnej Actionu, przygotowuje wniosek o ogłoszenie upadłości. Te krok jest spowodowany decyzją Urzędu Kontroli Skarbowej w Krakowie. Mianowicie skarbówka zdecydowała o zabezpieczeniu ewentualnych przyszłych zobowiązań SFK z tytułu VAT na kwotę blisko 6 mln zł oraz zobowiązań na podstawie art. 108 ustawy o podatku VAT w przybliżonej kwocie 3,14 mln zł. Decyzja skarbówki nie jest ostateczna.
Spółka SFK (Solidna Firma Komputerowa) powstała w 2005 r. w Krakowie. Integruje sieć sklepów pod szyldem Sfera Komputera. Obecnie liczy ona blisko 80 punktów sprzedaży. Każdy sklep jest odrębnym podmiotem gospodarczym.
