Sony będzie miało e-sklep w Polsce
Uruchomienie sklepu internetowego producenta to wspólna inicjatywa 6 autoryzowanych dystrybutorów Sony.
E-sklep pod marką Sony będzie zarządzany przez nowe przedsiębiorstwo, utworzone przez kilka firm, które już oferują sprzęt producenta. Taki układ ma zapobiec konkurencji między dostawcami.
Wniosek o zgodę na powołanie nowego podmiotu trafił do UOKiK 20 listopada. Wynika z niego, że spółkę, która będzie prowadzić oficjalny sklep internetowy w Polsce, utworzą następujące firmy: Matrix Media, Andrzej Solecki prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą: P.H.U. Sol*Pol Andrzej Solecki z siedzibą w Łodzi, KSK Dystrybucja, Zenon Reszka prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą Zenon Reszka Salon RTV Zew z siedzibą w Elblągu, Ryszard Cieślachowski prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą: 'Ryspol’ Ryszard Cieślachowski z siedzibą w Łańcucie, Janusz Brongiel prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod firmą Janusz Brongiel Hi Fi Center 1 w Nowym Sączu.
Sprawa jest w toku. Sony nadal zamierza kontynuować sprzedaż w Polsce dotychczasowymi kanałami.
