Sapphire wprowadził do sprzedaży nowe karty graficzne z serii HD 4800: HD 4850 z 512 MB pamięci GDDR3 i HD 4870 z 1 lub 2 GB pamięci GDDR5. Karty są zaopatrzone w system chłodzenia parą – Vapor-X. Mają zintegrowane złącze HDMI. Rdzeń HD 4850 Vapor-X i HD 4870 Vapor-X jest taktowany zegarem pracującym z częstotliwością odpowiednio 625 MHz i 750 MHz, a pamięć zegarem o częstotliwości 1986 MHz i 3600 MHz.
Sugerowana cena detaliczna karty graficznej HD 4850 Vapor-X wynosi 729 zł brutto, HD 4870 Vapor-X 1 GB – 999 zł brutto, HD 4870 Vapor-X wyposażonej w 2 GB pamięci – 1199 zł brutto. Gwarancja – 2 lata.
