Producent wzbogacił asortyment kart graficznych o model HD 4870 w wersji Toxic. Karta ma 512 MB RAM GDDR5, taktowanej z efektywną częstotliwością 4 GHz. W porównaniu z wersją standardową zegar rdzenia jest fabrycznie podkręcony do częstotliwości 780 MHz. Karta ma system chłodzenia Vapor-X, składający się z 3 rurek cieplnych oraz z wentylatora z automatyczną regulacją prędkości. Kartę wyposażono w sprzętowy dekoder wideo UVD (Unified Video Decoder), który zmniejsza obciążenie procesora i pozwala na płynne odtwarzanie filmów w formacie HD.
