Sapphire dodał do oferty kartę graficzną HD 4650 AGP. Konstrukcja jest przeznaczoną dla użytkowników, którzy nie przewidują wymiany płyty głównej starszego typu – wyposażonej w slot AGP x4/x8.
Nowa karta współpracuje z biblioteką DirectX 10.1. Ma wbudowany dekoder UVD (co umożliwia odtwarzanie plików wideo w jakości HD z płyt DVD DVD-HD i Blu-Ray) i funkcję obsługi ATI Stream. Sapphire HD 4650 AGP jest wyposażona w 320 procesorów strumieniowych, 128-bitowy kontroler pamięci i 1 GB pamięci DDR2. Rdzeń taktowany jest prędkością 600 MHz, a pamięci 800 MHz (efektywnie). Karta ma funkcję pełnoekranowego wygładzania krawędzi z 24-krotnym próbkowaniem oraz filtrowania anizotropowego. Dzięki temu użytkownicy starszych komputerów mają zauważyć wydajność, która była możliwa do osiągnięcia dzięki magistrali PCI-Express.
Kartę zaopatrzono w dwa wyjścia DVI i jedno telewizyjne. Dodatkowo można podłączyć telewizor HDTV przez przejściówkę DVI-HDMI, ale ze względu na ograniczenia magistrali AGP nie jest możliwe przesyłanie dźwięku.

W czwartek 29 stycznia prowizje interchange zostaną obniżone do 0,3 proc. w przypadku transakcji kartą kredytową i 0,2 proc. dla karty debetowej.

Od nowego roku stawki interchange nie będą mogły być wyższe niż 0,3 proc. kwoty transakcji – zakłada projekt ustawy uchwalony przez Sejm.
