Samsung: pierwszy smartfon z Tizenem
Producent zaprezentował Samsung Z – smartfona z opartym na Linuksie systemem Tizen. Urządzenie ma czterordzeniowy procesor (2,3 GHz) i moduł LTE.
Model Z wyposażono w 4,8-calowy ekran HD Super AMOLED, 2 GB RAM-u i 16 GB wbudowanej pamięci. Wśród modułów komunikacyjnych jest USB 2.0, LTE kat.4, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 oraz IR Remote. W zestawie czujników znajduje się skaner linii papilarnych. Rozdzielczość głównej kamery to 8 Mpix. Pojemność baterii wynosi 2600 mAh. Tryb Ultra Power SavingMode ma zapewnić działanie smartfona przy minimalnym poziomie naładowania akumulatora.
Urządzenie trafi do sprzedaży w III kw., najpierw w Rosji, a następnie w innych krajach. Samsung uruchomi Tizen Store, w którym użytkownicy mogą pobrać dodatkowe aplikacje.
Producent nie poinformował o dostępności i cenie smartfona na polskim rynku.
