Są kredyty dla Komputronika
Komputronik uzyskał w BGŻ i Kredyt Banku limity kredytowe sięgające 15 mln zł. Zostały przyznane na rok.
Limity przyznano na podstawie aneksów do wcześniejszych umów. W Banku Gospodarki Żywnościowej Komputronik uzyskał limit kredytu obrotowego w rachunku bieżącym w wysokości 15 mln zł. Podpisano także aneks do umowy o linię gwarancyjną na kwotę 1 mln zł oraz aneks do umowy ramowej dotyczącej transakcji rynku finansowego na kwotę 1,35 mln zł.
Spółka otrzymała również aneks do Umowy o Dyskonto Wierzytelności z Kredyt Bankiem, uzyskując limit w wysokości 10 mln zł. Limit kredytu obrotowego dla Komputronika ustalono na 5 mln zł, a kredytu w rachunku bieżącym – na 6 mln zł. Z Kredyt Bankiem spółka podpisała także aneks do umowy o udzielenie linii gwarancyjnej na kwotę 1 mln zł.
Zabezpieczeniem limitów jest m.in. zastaw rejestrowy na zapasach towarów wraz z cesją praw z umowy ubezpieczenia.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
