Ruszyło drugie polskie centrum Amazona
W magazynach Amazona w Bielanach Wrocławskich odebrało pierwszą partię przesyłek.
W 2 tygodnie po rozpoczęciu dostaw do centrum logistycznego Amazona w Sadach pod Poznaniem i w 7 miesięcy po rozpoczęciu budowy, ośrodek w Bielanach Wrocławskich odebrał pierwszą dostawę przesyłek. Przez najbliższe tygodnie w magazynach będzie gromadzony towar. Pod koniec października planowane jest rozpoczęcie dostaw do klientów zarówno z wrocławskiego centrum (z poznańskiego również). Obiekt ma powierzchnię 95 tys. m kw. co odpowiada 13 boiskom piłkarskim. Koszt budowy (według wyceny z początku br.) to ok. 65 mln euro. Docelowo każde z polskich centrów logistycznych giganta (będzie ich trzy) ma zatrudniać 2 tys. osób na stałe oraz dodatkowo do 3 tys. osób sezonowo. Amazon poinformował, że proces rekrutacji do ośrodków Polsce nadal trwa.
