Ruszyła budowa centrum logistycznego Amazona
W podpoznańskich Sadach wmurowano kamień węgielny pod budowę centrum logistycznego dla amerykańskiego giganta. Obiekt zajmie powierzchnię 100,5 tys. m kw., z czego 91,6 tys. m kw. to magazyny.
Obiekt buduje Panattoni Europe. Prace rozpoczęły się już w ub.r., inwestycja powinna zostać zakończona do połowy sierpnia br. W podpoznańskim centrum Amazona znajdzie pracę 2 tys. osób (do 3 tys. sezonowo). – Nowe obiekty w Polsce będą odgrywać ważną rolę w obsłudze klientów w całej Europie – twierdzi Timothy Collins, Dyrektor Operacyjny Amazon na Europę.
Oprócz magazynów w Poznaniu, Panattoni buduje dla Amazona centrum logistyczne w podwrocławskich Bielanach. Łączna powierzchnia obu hal wyniesie ponad 200 tys. m kw. – Koszt każdego z obiektów to około 65 mln euro. Będą je budować polscy podwykonawcy – informuje Robert Dobrzycki, Partner Zarządzający na Europę w Panattoni Europe.
