Od pewnego czasu toczy się dyskusja na forum internetowym CRN Polska na temat różnic w cenach niektórych notebooków dla partnerów i użytkowników końcowych w sklepie internetowym Della. Resellerzy skarżą się, że producent sprzedaje im drożej niż klientom indywidualnym. Rafał Branowski, dyrektor marketingu w polskim biurze Della, tłumaczy, że od listopada 2008 r. niektóre modele laptopów przeznaczone są wyłącznie do sprzedaży bezpośredniej. Są to serie: XPS, Studio oraz Inspiron. Inną kwestią poruszaną na forum było wystawianie faktur lub paragonów. Według Rafała Branowskiego może je otrzymać każdy kupujący – producent podlega obowiązującym w Polsce przepisom.
