Ricoh ogłosiło zakup SimplicITy, warszawskiego integratora założonego w 2013 r. Firma oferuje usługi z zakresu zarządzania centrami danych i bezpieczeństwa informatycznego oraz rozwiązania chmurowe i sieciowe. W końcu lipca Ricoh złożył wniosek o zgodę na koncentrację w UOKiK, który dał zielone światło.

SimplicITy nadal będzie działało pod swoją marką, zarządzane jako niezależna firma. Będzie ściśle współpracować z Ricoh Polska i Ricoh Europe oraz z działającym w Warszawie Service Operations Centre.

Ricoh komunikuje, że dzięki tej transakcji wzmocni swoją dotychczasową ofertę w zakresie usług IT i rozwiązań wspierających cyfrową transformację.

Z kolei SimplicITy i jej klienci uzyskają dostęp do usług o zasięgu globalnym oraz oferowanych przez Ricoh rozwiązań z zakresu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów, optymalizacji procesów biznesowych, druku biurowego i produkcyjnego, a także produktów i usług pozwalających na stworzenie innowacyjnego środowiska pracy.
