Przetarg w NIK. Oferty przekroczyły budżet
NIK zamawia usługi telekomunikacyjne i sprzęt. W przetargu wpłynęły dwie oferty.
NIK zamierzał wydać na realizację zamówienia niecałe 5 mln zł, jednak wykonawcy oczekują więcej.
Najwyższa Izba Kontroli zamawia usługi telefonii komórkowej, transmisji danych, telefonii stacjonarnej wraz z serwisem tych usług i dostawą sprzętu niezbędnego do ich świadczenia.
Postępowanie obejmuje również m.in. możliwość zarządzania usługami telekomunikacyjnymi, warsztaty techniczne i dostawę telefonów. Aktualnie NIK korzysta z 1350 numerów w T-Mobile. Potrzebuje urządzeń z Androidem, zarządzanych przez system FAMOC. W opcji są także usługi prywatnego APN i bramka SMS.
Według wymagań zamiawiającego na głosowych kartach SIM mogą być uruchamiane na terenie kraju pakiety o minimalnej wielkości 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB lub ich wielokrotności. Do tego dochodzą pakiety roamingu w UE.
NIK zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia 4,76 mln zł brutto. Oferty jednak przekroczyły ten budżet. Złożyli je: T-Mobile (5,19 mln zł) i Orange (7,38 mln zł).
Usługi telefonii komórkowej i transmisji danych, telefonii stacjonarnej, sieci korporacyjnej, serwisowe, zarządzania usługami telekomunikacyjnymi, świadczone będą przez wybranego wykonawcę przez 3 lata, od 12 lutego 2023 r. do 12 lutego 2026 r.
