Przetarg na 10 tys. smartfonów. Oferta za 18 mln zł
GUS potrzebuje sprzętu do przeprowadzenia spisu powszechnego.
Sprzęt zostanie dostarczony do 18 jednostek statystycznych w kraju.
Centrum Informatyki Statystycznej zamawia sprzęt i usługi potrzebne do przeprowadzenia spisu powszechnego, który odbędzie się w tym roku. W styczniu br. ogłosiło przetarg na dostawę 10 tys. smartfonów wraz z zapewnieniem usług telekomunikacyjnych.
Jedyną ofertę wartą 17,92 mln zł brutto, złożyło konsorcjum Orange Polska i Integrated Solutions. W tym za zamówienie podstawowe policzono 13,9 mln zł, a za opcję – 4,02 mln zł.
Zamówienie obejmuje m.in. 10 tys. smartfonów, 17 tys. kart SIM z usługami telekomunikacyjnymi, 6,3 tys. słuchawek, usługi zarządzania urządzeniami mobilnymi.
CIS już dysponuje 6 tys. szt. smartfonów Oppo A52. Wymaga od wykonawcy, by usługi MDM i słuchawki były dostosowane do tego modelu.
Zamawiane są smartfony z systemem Android. Powinny mieć ekran 6,4 – 7 cali o rozdzielczości minimum 1080 x 2300 pikseli, min. 4 GB RAM i 64 GB pamięci flash.
Maksymalny czas usunięcia krytycznych awarii określono na 6 godz. w przypadku APN, 12 godz. dla MDM, 6 godz. dla transmisji danych, połączeń głosowych i SMS. Na opanowanie awarii innych niż krytyczne będą 24 godz.
