Przegrana Allegro w sądzie
Regulamin Allegro zawiera niedozwolone klauzule – orzekł warszawski sąd. Zakwestionowano nałożony na użytkowników obowiązek korzystania z płatności PayU.
Serwis został pozwany przez jednego z użytkowników, który wygrał w pierwszej i drugiej instancji. Zdaniem sędziów zapisy regulaminu Allegro w siedmiu artykułach zawierają niedozwolone sformułowania. Użytkownik, który poszedł do sądu, kwestionował sam przymus korzystania z PayU, a nie jakość tej usługi. W uzasadnieniu do pozwu twierdził, że należący do Allegro PayU może obracać pieniędzmi z należności użytkowników. Według GW niektóre zakwestionowane przez sąd punkty pozostały w regulaminie, ale zostały zapisane w innych miejscach. Właściciel serwisu nie wyklucza wniesienia skargi kasacyjnej.
