Prognoza dla Action Europe
Niemiecka spółka w 2018 r. zmniejszy przychody, ale znacznie poprawi wynik EBIDTA - prognozuje Action.
Spółka potwierdziła prognozę wyników Action Europe opublikowaną w marcu br. Podała również ostateczne dane za 2017 r., zweryfikowane przez audytora (poprzednio były szacunkowe).
Mianowicie w 2018 r. Action Europe ma osiągnąć przychody w wysokości 91,48 mln euro, marżę brutto na poziomie 6 proc. oraz 440 tys. euro EBIDTA.
Oznacza to poprawę wyniku EBIDTA i marży wobec 2017 r. przy niższych przychodach. W 2017 r. wyniosły one dla Action Europe 113,271 mln euro, a marża – 5,9 proc. EBIDTA była ujemna: -40 tys. euro.
Zarząd Actionu poinformował ponad miesiąc temu, że przystępuje do przeglądu "opcji strategicznych" dotyczących Action Europe. Szuka potencjalnych inwestorów.

Action skasował niemiecką spółkę
Definitywnie kończy się blisko 10-letnia przygoda Actionu z własną spółką w Niemczech. Jednak eksport do UE rośnie.

Action Europe do likwidacji
Zarząd Action SA podjął decyzję likwidacji niemieckiej spółki zależnej. Jej biznes przejmie w dużym stopniu dystrybutor z Zamienia w ramach działalności eksportowej.
