Producenci kart graficznych koncentrują się na wyższej półce
Rosnąca popularność komponentów dla graczy sprawia, że zmienia się strategia producentów.
Vendorzy przesuwają swoje zainteresowanie ze średniej półki na wyższą – informują firmy z łańcucha dostaw. Jest to związane z rosnącą sprzedażą podzespołów klasy high-end i wyższymi marżami. Jednocześnie spada popyt na tańsze karty graficzne. Podobne zjawisko, tj. rosnące zainteresowanie klientów produktami z najwyższej półki, dotyczy także płyt głównych i procesorów.
W I kw. br. według Jon Peddie Research światowe dostawy zewnętrznych kart graficznych do PC spadły o 14,3 proc. w porównaniu do I kw. ub.r. To dużo więcej, niż spadek sprzedaży desktopów (6,5 proc.).
