Próba wyłudzenia VAT na telefonach
Puścili w obieg fałszywe faktury na ponad 0,5 mld zł. Wpadli.
CBA udaremniło próbę wyłudzenia 100 mln zł VAT na telefonach komórkowych – poinformował rzecznik biura. Agenci CBA z Białegostoku zatrzymali w sprawie 3 osoby w 3 województwach: kujawsko – pomorskim, mazowieckim i zachodnio – pomorskim. Według CBA zatrzymani są podejrzani o wystawianie i wprowadzanie do obiegu fałszywych faktur VAT na wielką skalę. Wykryte przez agentów faktury za sprzedaż ok. 300 tys. telefonów opiewały na kwotę ponad pół miliarda złotych.
Śledztwo w tej sprawie prowadzi delegatura CBA w Białymstoku pod nadzorem Prokuratury Regionalnej w Warszawie.
Sprawa jest rozwojowa. CBA nie ujawniło więcej szczegółów. "Niewykluczone są dalsze zatrzymania" – poinformował rzecznik CBA, Piotr Kaczorek.
