Powstanie jedna z największych firm IT w Polsce

Asseco Poland połączy 6 swoich spółek zależnych w jedną.

Nowa firma nazywa się Asseco Data Systems (ADS). Obejmie następujące spółki: ADH Soft, Combidata, Otago, Zeto Bydgoszcz, Zeto Łódź, Unizeto Technologies. Prezesem ADS został Andrzej Dopierała, wiceprezes Asseco Poland, do 2013 r. szef Oracle’a w Polsce. Zapewnia, że pod względem zysku będzie to jedna z największych firm informatycznych w kraju. W 2015 r. ADS powinna wypracować ok. 236 mln zł przychodów i 31 mln zł zysku. Operacyjnie 6 spółek będzie działać jako jeden podmiot od I kw. 2016 r.

Konsolidacja powinna usprawnić relacje z klientami oraz w ramach grupy Asseco. Np. zapobiec powtarzaniu się ofert dla klientów czy korzystaniu przez mniejsze spółki z pomocy zewnętrznych partnerów, jeżeli to samo może zaoferować spółka w ramach grupy. ADS liczy także na synergie kosztowe. Nowa firma powinna być silna na rynkach lokalnych (będzie mieć 10 oddziałów). Oferta będzie skierowana zarówno do przedsiębiorstw, jak i samorządów.
