Poprawka w przepisach
Kosmetyczna poprawka w
Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości przygotowało projekt poprawki do ustawy o szczególnych warunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej z 2002 r. Zmiana jest niewielka. Uściślono artykuł 7 ustawy, gdzie mowa o tym, że sprzedawca nie odpowiada za niezgodność towaru z umową, jeśli kupujący wiedział o wadzie. Nowela określa moment, w którym klient powinien zdawać sobie sprawę z wady towaru – w chwili zawarcia umowy. Poprawka jest wprowadzana dlatego, że Komisja Europejska doszukała sie niespójności polskich przepisów regulujących sprzedaż z unijną dyrektywą.
