Polski przedsiębiorca poświęca jedną trzecią czasu na administrację
Koszt obciążeń administracyjnych w przeciętnej polskiej firmie wynosi 22,5 tys. zł rocznie. Polscy przedsiębiorcy co roku płacą na biurokrację 37,3 mld zł - to dane z raportu Deloitte dla Ministerstwa Gospodarki, do którego dotarła Rzeczpospolita.
Wyliczenia są efektem analizy obowiązków wynikających z 500 ustaw, rozporządzeń, zarządzeń i ponad 6 tys. obowiązków informacyjnych. Związane z nimi koszty administracyjne ponoszone przez polskie firmy to łącznie 77,6 mld zł w ciągu roku, czyli 6,1 proc. PKB. Połowa z nich wynika np. z konieczności zarządzania biznesem i współpracy z kontrahentami, jednak obciążenia stworzone tylko dla biurokracji kosztują przedsiębiorców w sumie 37,3 mld zł. Na wypełnianie obowiązków administracyjnych polski biznesmen poświęca jedną trzecią swojego czasu.
Raport ma zostać przedstawiony rządowi. Zdaniem Otylii Trzaskalskiej-Stroińskiej, dyrektora w Ministerstwie Gospodarki, powstanie zespół, który przygotuje projekty ustaw łagodzące najbardziej uciążliwe obowiązki.
