Polski producent utworzył spółkę w Chinach
W Shenzhen powstała spółka zależna polskiej firmy, działającej od 20 lat. Ma konkretny cel.
Andrzej Wilusz, współzałożyciel Maxcom SA, został szefem spółki w Chinach
Maxcom utworzył spółkę zależną w Chinach. Firma Maxcom (Shenzhen) Technology jest w 100 proc. własnością tyskiego producenta m.in. telefonów komórkowych, opasek i smartwatchy, a ostatnio także hulajnóg elektrycznych.
Dyrektorem zarządzającym Maxcom (Shenzhen) Technology został Andrzej Wilusz, wiceprezes Maxcom SA. Funkcję przewodniczącego rady nadzorczej objął Arkadiusz Wilusz, prezes Maxcoma. Kapitał zakładowy ustalono na 100 tys. juanów (58,5 tys. zł).
Cel: sprzedaż poza UE
Podmiot z siedzibą w Chinach został założony jako spółka celowa zajmująca się sprzedażą sprzętu elektronicznego klientom spoza Unii Europejskiej. Maxcom zamierza rozwijać się na rynkach zagranicznych.
W 2019 r. firma zainwestowała w litewską spółkę Rubbee, zajmującą się rozwojem i produkcją elektrycznych napędów do rowerów. Za ok. 20 proc. udziałów zapłaciła 280 tys. euro.
W 2018 r. Maxcom został wspólnikiem w grupie Comtel działającej w branży RTV i AGD. Wartość transakcji wyniosła ponad 2,4 mln zł.
W I kw. 2021 r. Maxcom wypracował 29,3 mln zł przychodów wobec 22,8 mln zł rok wcześniej. Zysk operacyjny wzrósł ponad 3-krotnie do 772 tys. zł, natomiast zysk netto zmniejszył do 74 tys. zł z 208 tys. zł.
