Polacy wydają na naprawy 1,5 mld zł
Rynek serwisu sprzętu jest wart duże pieniądze. Tylko na podstawowe naprawy desktopów, notebooków i smartfonów co roku użytkownicy wydają ponad 1,5 mld zł – szacuje iME.
Jak podaje CERT, Polsce każdego dnia zainfekowanych jest około 280 tys. komputerów. Koszt odwirusowania lub instalacji nowego systemu to wydatek 250 zł rocznie na jedno urządzenie, a liczba użytkowników rośnie z roku na rok. Według GUS-u w 2015 r. w 10 mln polskich domów znajduje się komputer stacjonarny, a w ponad 7 mln – notebook. Co czwarty Polak ma smartfona.
W ocenie iME ponad 7 mln Polaków musi co roku naprawiać swój sprzęt. Biorąc pod uwagę średni koszt naprawy na poziomie 250 zł potencjał rynku sektora usług pomocy informatycznej firma oszacowała na ponad 1,5 mld zł. Zamierza wykorzystać potencjał rynku wypuszczając nową aplikację, która umożliwia zdalny dostęp do konsultacji IT i pomoc w usuwaniu awarii. Liczy na 200-300 tys. użytkowników do końca roku.

Prawie 30 tys. incydentów bezpieczeństwa zarejestrował w 2021 r. zespół CERT Polska. Ataków phishingowych było prawie o 200 proc. więcej, a malware więcej o 280 proc.
