Philips: oprawy oświetleniowe nie są bezpieczne
W niektórych modelach może dojść do samozapłonu – ostrzega Philips Lighting Poland w informacji przekazanej UOKiK.
Według producenta problem dotyczy niektórych profesjonalnych opraw oświetleniowych – modeli Europa2 oraz Mazda ENC105, wyprodukowanych we Francji i na Węgrzech. „Jeden z komponentów może w pewnych okolicznościach ulegać przegrzewaniu, co może doprowadzić do samozapłonu oprawy.” – poinformowano w komunikacie UOKiK. Philips zapewnił, że oznaczenia wadliwych partii zostały przekazane do nabywców. Rozpoczęto akcję wymiany wszystkich zakupionych w Polsce egzemplarzy. Producent wymieni także wadliwe oprawy u klientów, którzy kupowali je u partnerów handlowych. Akcją objęto łącznie 922 oprawy oświetleniowe Europa2 oraz Mazda ENC105, których dystrybutorami byli Qumak-Sekom i Elektromontaż Rzeszów.
