PartnerNet: jeden program dla trzech marek
Ujednolicono program partnerski dla firm sprzedających produkty Novella, SUSE i NetIQ.
W ramach PartnerNetu zaoferowano trzy poziomy współpracy: Silver, Gold i Platinum oraz dwie certyfikacje: Certified i Advanced Certified.
Rejestrując się partnerzy wybierają specjalizację produktową: Novell, SUSE lub NetIQ. Dołączenie do programu na tej stronie oznacza uzyskanie poziomu Silver.
Osiągnięcie wyższych specjalizacji, czyli Gold i Platinum, uzależnione jest od wysokości rocznej sprzedaży produktów NetIQ, Novella lub SUSE. Wymagane jest także zatrudnienie odpowiednio wykwalifikowanych pracowników, posiadających ważną certyfikację techniczną. Można ją zdobyć w firmach szkoleniowych.
Partnerzy „złoci” i „platynowi” mają możliwość uzyskania tytułów Certified i Advanced Certified. W pierwszym przypadku firma powinna mieć dwóch specjalistów, legitymujących się podstawową certyfikacją techniczną oraz jednego fachowca z certyfikacją handlową. Aby uzyskać tytuł Advanced Certified partner musi zatrudniać co najmniej czterech specjalistów z certyfikacją techniczną.
Wymienione tytuły można uzyskać dla każdego z podmiotów holdingu Attachmate: NetIQ, Novella oraz SUSE. Wyjątkiem jest NetIQ, w którym nie ma możliwości uzyskania poziomu Advanced Certified.
