Panasonic wprowadził na rynek kolejnego notebooka z serii Business Rugged, odpornego na uszkodzenia mechaniczne i zalanie.
Jest to najmniejszy Toughbook Panasonica (waży 1,47 kg z baterią), oznaczony symbolem CF-C1. Komputer ma 12,1-calowy ekran dotykowy o rozdzielczości WXGA (1280×800 pikseli) oraz procesor Intel Core i5-520M vPro. Zainstalowany system to Windows 7 Professional. W obudowie umieszczono moduły WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n oraz system transmisji danych w standardzie 3G. Wyświetlacz jest mocowany na potrójnym zawiasie. Konstrukcja wytrzymuje nacisk 100 kg na stopę kw. (30 x 30 cm) oraz upadek z wysokości 76 cm. Klawiatura i touchpad są odporne na zalanie. Na podwójnej baterii CF-C1 pracuje do 10 godzin, można ją wymieniać bez przerywania pracy. Do pisania jedną ręką przydaje się pasek, który podtrzymuje urządzenie.
Sugerowana cena detaliczna brutto komputera wynosi 9 tys. zł.
