Oszuści wyłudzają pieniądze od firm
Ktoś powołujący się na Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy domaga się opłat od przedsiębiorców. Pisma z wezwaniami wyglądają jak urzędowe.
O sprawie poinformował Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Oszuści, podając się za „Kancelarię Odpisów z Monitora Sądowego i Gospodarczego” wzywają przedsiębiorców do uiszczenia 200 zł „opłaty aktywacyjnej” w związku z udostępnieniem elektronicznego dostępu do KRS. Podają numer konta. Pisma spreparowano tak, jakby wyszły spod ręki urzędnika. Są opatrzone godłem (orzeł jednak spogląda w niewłaściwą stronę) i adnotacją z podstawą prawną.
Według DGP nie jest to pierwsza próba wyłudzenia przez firmę podszywającą się pod Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy. Przeciwko dwóm takich oszustom już toczą śledztwa.
Stawki rzeczywistych opłat za umieszczenie wpisu do KRS w MSiG wynoszą 500 zł za pierwszą informację i 250 zł za kolejne. Pieniądze powinny trafić na konto sądu.
