Optimus pożyczył pieniądze od głównych udziałowców i spłacił dług
Czterech największych akcjonariuszy Optimusa, w tym prezes Adam Kiciński, pożyczyli spółce łącznie 4 mln zł. Pieniądze poszły na uregulowanie zobowiązań z 2009 r.
W listopadzie 2009 r. Optimus pożyczył 9 mln zł od Multico, firmy należącej do Zbigniewa Jakubasa. Większa część długu została już spłacona, teraz zarząd postanowił przed terminem przekazać Multico resztę, czyli 4 mln zł, zaciągając pożyczki u głównych udziałowców: Michała Kicińskiego (2,1 mln zł), Marcina Iwińskiego (1,26 mln zł), Piotra Nielubowicza (450 tys. zł) i prezesa Adama Kicińskiego (190 tys. zł).
Wysokość oprocentowania będzie ustalana według trzymiesięcznej stawki WIBOR plus 3,5 proc. od kwoty pożyczki. Spółka musi spłacić akcjonariuszy do końca br.

Wyrok Sądu Najwyższego w sprawie Optimusa
Po latach procesów i bojów prawnych o odszkodowanie za straty Optimusa wskutek decyzji organów skarbowych, zapadł wyrok.

CD Projekt nie odpuszcza 70 mln zł odszkodowania od Skarbu Państwa w sprawie Optimusa. Ostatnia nadzieja w Sądzie Najwyższym.
